Brokers, Banks, and Other Nominees

If you are a broker or other nominee who purchased and/or held shares of SRAC common stock, SRAC warrants, or SRAC units during the Relevant Period for the beneficial interest of a person or entity other than yourself, within fourteen (14) days of your receipt of the enclosed Claims Packet, you must either

  1. Provide to the Fund Administrator the name and last known address of each individual or entity for whom or which you held shares of SRAC common stock, SRAC warrants, or SRAC units during such time period; or
  2. Request from the Fund Administrator sufficient copies of the enclosed Claims Packet to forward to all such beneficial owners and, within fourteen (14) days of receipt, forward the Claims Packet to all such beneficial owners.

If you are providing a list of names and addresses to the Fund Administrator:

  1. Compile a list of names and addresses of the beneficial owners as described above.
  2. Prepare the list in Microsoft Excel format. A preformatted spreadsheet can be found by clicking here.
  3. Then you must do one of the following:

    1. Upload the spreadsheet here;
    2. Email the spreadsheet to info@MomentusStableRoadFairFund.com; or
    3. Burn the Microsoft Excel file(s) to a CD or DVD and mail the CD or DVD to:

If you are mailing the Claims Packet to beneficial owners:

If you elect to mail the Claims Packet to beneficial owners yourself, additional copies of the Claims Packet may be requested via email to info@MomentusStableRoadFairFund.com. If you are providing the Claim Packet to beneficial owners, the mailing must be completed within 14 business days of your receipt of the Claims Packets. Failure to timely forward the Claims Packets to beneficial owners may affect their legal rights. Expense Reimbursement

Reasonable expenses are eligible for reimbursement (including postage and costs to compile names and addresses) pursuant to the rates provided in the Distribution Plan, provided an invoice documenting the expenses is timely submitted to the Fund Administrator. Please submit your invoice within one month of completing the mailing or providing your file.
