Submit a Claim - Claim Instructions

This claim is being solicited pursuant to a Distribution Plan approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Plan”) in the administrative proceeding SEC v. Momentus, Inc., et al., File No. 3-20393. You can obtain a copy of the Plan here, by emailing info@MomentusStableRoadFairFund.com, or by calling the Fund Administrator at 1-888-817-6536. Claims may be made by individuals and entities, or their lawful successors, who purchased SRAC common stock, SRAC warrants, or SRAC units, traded on the NASDAQ under the trading symbols SRAC, SRACW, and SRACU (“Securities”), during the period October 7, 2020 through July 13, 2021, inclusive (“Recovery Period”).

Any and all claims must be asserted via this Claim Form. Any prior or alternative communications with the Court, the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”), the Fund Administrator, or any other person or entity, do not constitute a claim.

YOU MUST COMPLETE AND MAIL THIS CLAIM FORM POSTMARKED OR, IF NOT SENT BY U.S. MAIL, RECEIVED BY JULY 4, 2024, TO BE CONSIDERED FOR ELIGIBILITY TO SHARE IN THE MOMENTUS STABLE ROAD FAIR FUND.

After submitting your completed claim online, you will receive an email with a confirmation code for your completed submission. Be sure to keep your confirmation email and code and refer back to them if you have any questions about your Claim Form.
